News: Marlboro County, SC Landfill lawsuit to be heard this month

UPDATE: The dates of the trial have been moved to February 21st and 22nd, 2012.
Landfill lawsuit to be heard this month
November 11, 2011
After months on the back burner, the county’s on-going fight against a proposed landfill will be heard in court.
The non-jury trial will begin at 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 21, in the main courtroom at the Marlboro County Courthouse. Judge Michael Nettles will preside and make a ruling in the case, which is expected to continue on Tuesday, Nov. 22.
